– Casey Jones bought American Cheer Academy from Tate Chalk, now the owner of Infinity Shoes.
– The move to the Coliseum Sports building and the addition of Roger Schonder as Allstar Director marked the beginning of Stingray Cheer Co. and The Stingray Allstars!
– We welcomed the Gym One coaches and athletes into our program and continued the Halloween Jam tradition, a Recreational and Middle School competition(now it it’s 9th year), hosted by the Stingray Allstars! Taking 6 teams to NCA, we earned our first NCA National Championship!
– A move to a new facility with 4 full floors made it easier to accommodate the growing number of teams. We left our mark at the Cheersport Nationals in Atlanta this year, bringing home 13 of 14 National Championships!
– With continued growth came a move to a new location, a beautiful 6-floor facility we now call home. The season ended with a bang as our Small Seniors brought home our first World Championship!
– Another exciting year as the Stingray Allstars took a trip to Indianapolis, Indiana. This proved historic as we earned our first ever sweep at the Jamfest SuperNationals! To further the dedication of our incredible Stingray Family we joined together with Hands on Atlanta for the largest project in Georgia history!
– The Stingray Allstars win 8 NCA National Championships this year the most ever taken home by one program! To top it off, Orange brings home our 2nd World Championship and swept the UCA National Allstar Competition!
– Five teams make the trip to World’s, all coming home with a top 5 finish! World Titles are earned in the Small Senior and Open divisions bringing our total to 4 World Championships!
– Rays has their best finish at NCA ever with 7 first places and 5 seconds! Orange wins their 4th World title and Rust brings home a Silver medal.
We stand amazed, as we’ve seen our program grow from a Coaching staff of 6 to one of 20, from 4 teams to the present 14, from our 1st National Championship to our 398th… Thanks to all! More to come!
