Chris is looking much better, all of his superficial cuts and bruises are healing nicely. He has started partially opening one of his eyes today as well. Today Chris opened his left eye briefly while his mother was in the room! He is stable and still resting comfortably. The procedures from yesterday (tracheotomy and feeding tube) both went well, and they plan to move him to a long term care facility tomorrow. There has not been a significant change is Chris condition this weekend, but the doctors have made some plans for the next few days.
